Trend Alert: Summer Leather

During Fashion Police last week, a discussion that Kelly, George, Giulianna, Joan, and guest Whitney Port were having was: Is it appropriate to wear leather during the summer? Before the conversation I had been noticing quite a bit of the cold weather trend during the last few weeks. I personally am on the pro side of the argument, I think that if your comfortable in it and its cute, why not? Here are some different ways to achieve the right summer leather look.

I think a fabulous way to sport this summer trend is by wearing colored leather. Not only are you wearing what's in, but you are still bright and cheerful during the sunny season.

Whether you are at the park or running errands, this summer, the perfect accessory thats making a comeback this season is the baseball cap. Originally designed in 1860 as a way to identify baseball teams, Kutchers favorite trend has recently been given a trendy update by being made from wild prints and unlikely fabrics. Not only has it been very popular in the blogging world, but this trend has been spotted making a celebrity comeback as well. What do you think of this trend: a home run or a strikeout?

Trend Alert: White Blazer

With Spring practically here, we're starting to replace our substantial Winter-wear with a refreshing collection of dazzling prints and lighter hues. That being said, one of the best and smartest swaps is trading a black blazer for a white one.  Stella McCartney and Phillip Lim showed them on their Spring runways and everyone lately has been getting on board with the trend. I encourage you to do the same. I think you will really enjoy the outcome.
